How does the Cashback Bonus Program work?

It's easy to earn and redeem Cashback Bonus: If you are a Discover Business Cardmember, you earn Cashback Bonus simply by using your Discover Card.

You may redeem Cashback Bonus for any of the following options:

  • Maximize your rewards with our brand-name Partners
  • Discover Gift Card
  • A donation to charity
  • Credit your Discover Card account
  • Electronic deposit to your bank account

How can I find out the status of my Discover Business Card application?

It can take up to 30 days to process an application. If 30 days has passed since you applied, please call us toll free at 1-888-DISCOVER (1-888-347-2683) to find out the status of your application.

Can I apply for a Discover Business Card if I already have a Discover card?

If you have a Discover consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student Credit Card), you are welcome to apply for a Business Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.

Can I request an additional Discover Card or employee card online?

In Customer Service within the Account Center, add an Authorized User to your Account or request a replacement for a worn or damaged Card. Just log into the Discover the Account Center, go to Customer Service and choose either the "Request or Replace a Card" link or "Add a Person to Your Account" link under Account-Related Requests.

Can I apply for a Discover Business Card if I already have a Discover card?

If you have a Discover consumer product (e.g., Motiva, More, Student Credit Card), you are welcome to apply for a Discover Business Card. At this time, if you already have a Discover Business Card, you are not eligible to apply for another Discover Business Card.

What will my credit limit be?

Your credit limit will be determined based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to; credit score with any of the major credit bureaus, status of any existing Discover accounts, income, and outstanding debts. If you are unsatisfied with the credit limit you receive, please contact us at 1-888-DISCOVER to see if we can better meet your needs.

What if I do not have a housing payment?

Simply enter $0 into the housing payment field. If you do not own your home, select Rent from the drop down box.

I received a letter in the mail with an Invitation Number. Where do I go apply?

Please go to mydiscoverbizcard.com and enter your 16-digit account number. Once your account number is entered, you will see details of the offer you received in the mail and can continue on with the application process.

How can I redeem my Cashback Bonus?

You can redeem your reward anytime as long as you have $20 or more accumulated and your Account is in good standing. If you are registered to the Business Card Account Center, you can redeem your reward as well as browse all the Partners online. Log in to redeem your reward. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.

You can also redeem your Cashback Bonus by phone. Just call toll-free 1-888-DISCOVER (1-888-347-2683) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make your selections with a customer service representative.

You may redeem Cashback Bonus for Partner gift cards, Discover Gift Cards or charitable donations starting at $20.
You may redeem Cashback Bonus for cash in the form of a direct deposit to your bank account or a credit to your Discover Card account starting at $50 and in increments of $50.
You may select more than one redemption method so long as each redemption is in one of the above amounts.

No, as a security measure, we can only mail your partner gift cards to your billing address.

What should I do if my Discover Business Card is lost or stolen?

Call us immediately at 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to report a lost or stolen card. We will immediately close your lost/stolen account and reissue you a new account number and card(s). If your lost/stolen Discover Business Card is registered at the Account Center, you'll need to re-register when your new card arrives in the mail.

Can I change my address, phone number and e-mail address online?

Yes, log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your Account information in addition to managing other aspects of your account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.

You can get cash at over 150,000 Discover Cash Network ATMs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is your PIN and your Discover Card.
