How to use your card while traveling outside of the United States.

Discover cards are currently accepted in multiple countries around the world through the Discover Network and our Network partnerships:

  • Diners Club International

Please visit our Country Acceptance Map to select your travel destination from a full list of countries where Discover is accepted.

When you select a country or region on the map, information such as Network acceptance for both purchases and cash advances in that location will be provided.

If a decal displaying the Discover, China UnionPay, JCB or Diners Club International acceptance mark is not visible, you may still present your card for payment if the merchant accepts credit cards. Some merchants (primarily hotels) don't always display acceptance decals
