Discover Payment Protection has been discontinued for all of our customers.

If you have questions about continuation of a Payment Protection benefit that you activated prior to discontinuation, please call us at 1-800-290-9895.

As a reminder, if your account became eligible for the Debt Cancellation Benefit prior to discontinuation, you must provide a death certificate within 12 months of the date of death to receive that benefit.
