Learn how to access your Discover Card account on your mobile device.

 

What is Discover Mobile?

Discover Mobile enables you to manage your account from anywhere by accessing the internet on your mobile device or downloading our application on to your smartphone.

 

How do I access Discover Mobile on my mobile device?

To access Discover Mobile, you will need to type discover.com into your device’s web browser. Please remember your mobile device must be set up to access the Internet in order to use Mobile Discover.com. Contact your carrier directly for questions concerning Internet access on your mobile device.

If you have a smartphone or iPad, you can access Discover via our Discover Mobile App.

 

How do I login to the Discover mobile site?

You will use the same user ID and password you use to log in to your online card account.

What can I do on the mobile site?

Discover Mobile allows you to:

-View pending and recent transactions
-View Account Summary
-View Available Credit
-View pending and posted transactions
-Make and schedule payments
-Instantly redeem rewards for an eCertificate, statement credit, or credit to your personal bank account
-Sign up for Rewards promotions
-View payment history
-View rewards details
-Access your Discover Bank Account (if applicable)

Note: Discover Mobile doesn’t provide all the functions that the online Discover.com Website offers.

 

How do I make pay my Discover Card bill from my mobile account?

To make a payment via the Discover mobile site or the Discover Mobile App, you must have a bank account already set up in your online card account.

What's the difference between Discover.com, the Discover mobile site, and the Discover Mobile App?

Unlike Discover.com, access to the Discover mobile site is optimized for your mobile device’s web browser. The mobile app is optimized for your smartphone or iPad. Both are also designed to give you on-the-go access to many functions that help you manage your account. You may still want to visit Discover.com from your computer for other functions such as changing your address or using ShopDiscover.

 

Do I have to use a certain phone or carrier to access this site?

Your mobile device must be able to access the internet in order to use the Discover mobile site. Contact your carrier directly for questions concerning Internet access on your mobile device. You also need to have an iPhone or Android-based mobile phone in order to access the Mobile App.

 

Is it free to use the Discover mobile site and the Discover Mobile App?

Yes. Mobile Banking is a free service for all Discover cardmembers. You will need to contact your mobile phone carrier for any charges that may apply to web browser/data usage plan on your device.
