Discover Home Loans, a division of Capital One, N.A. "Discover" announced in July of 2025 the closure of its home loan business.
As a result, Discover no longer originates any residential mortgage loans. Additionally, as of February 2, 2026, Discover will no longer service your loan.
Information from the new servicer will be sent directly to you with information related to any changes resulting from the change in servicer.
