What is the Account Summary?

Your Account Summary is what is immediately shown when you log into the Account Center. Your Account Summary displays your account details at-a-glance. Within your Account Summary you can view:

  • Current Balance
  • Last Statement Balance
  • Minimum Payment Due Date
  • Credit Available
  • Credit Limit
  • Available Cash

How many of my past statements can I view online?

You can access and view up to seven years of your statements via PDF as long as you are enrolled in Paperless Statements. To download copies of your statements, click hereto download statements to learn more. Click herefor discover card account login page to log in and enroll in Paperless Statements. If you are not enrolled in Paperless Statements, you can view up to 24 months of statements online.

Can I view account transactions since my last statement online?

Yes, after you log into the Account Center, select "Activity & Payments" in the navigation bar and click on "Recent Activity" in the dropdown menu. You will be able to view all the activity on your account since your last statement including purchases, balance transfers, cash advances, payments, and credits.

Can I view my pending transactions?

Yes. After you are logged into your account, select the "Activity & Payments" option from the navigation bar and click on "Recent Activity" in the drop down menu. You will need to scroll down to view your pending transactions.

How do I stop receiving paper statements?

You can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by enrolling in paperless statements.

If I have paperless statements, can I still get copies of my paper statements?

If you are enrolled in paperless statements, you can print any of your last 7 years of statements via the Account Center. You also can call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to request copies.

How can I cancel paperless statements and start receiving paper statements again?

Log into the Account Center, click on "Profile" and select "Edit Account Profile" from the dropdown menu. The option to cancel paperless statements is within the "Account Information" in your Account Profile.

How do I pay my bill if I have paperless statements?

If you receive paperless statements, the best way to pay your bill is via online payments. You also can make a payment over-the-phone by calling 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) or by mailing a check. Please visit the Customer Service page for more information about payment options.

I'm enrolled in paperless statements but I'm not receiving my notifications to view my statements. How can I get them?

To ensure your paperless statements e-mails are being delivered to your inbox, please add to your address book. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-742-7822.
