I can't remember my password. What should I do?
Due to security reasons, we cannot retrieve your password. As a result, you must reset your password to log in. Go to Password Reset Page. Before you are allowed to complete your password update, you will also be required to enter card information and personal information as an additional security precaution.
Please note: As a security measure, you will only be allowed three incorrect login attempts before you will be locked out of the system. If this happens, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-347-0213.
How long does it take to process a balance transfer to my Discover Card?
When you request a credit card balance transfer, Discover card makes a payment to your other creditor(s). It may take up to two weeks for them to receive the funds and credit your other account. This means you should make payments to your creditor(s) until the balance transfer is complete to avoid late fees and interest charges. It's best to contact your other creditor(s) to confirm they have received the balance transfer.
The balance transfer may post to your Discover card account at any time within the two-week period. You can check to see if it has posted by logging in to the Account Center and clicking on "View activity since last statement." Not registered for the Account Center? Register Now.
Currently, balance transfer offers are not offered on the Discover Business Card.
Can I change my address, phone number, and e-mail address online?
Yes, log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your account information in addition to managing other aspects of your account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register Now.
Can I stop my paper statements?
Yes, you can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by signing up for paperless statements. With paperless statements you will be signed up to receive two e-mails:
One notifying you when your statement is ready to view online
Another notifying you 6 to 7 days before your minimum payment is due if we have not received it.
And as always, your account information is password protected and secure.
To enroll, just use your account log in and password.
