Diversity Vendor Qualifications
The following is the federal government criteria to qualify as a diversity firm:
Be a for profit business that is at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by one or more U.S. citizens that identifies as an ethnic minority, woman, LGBT, or veteran. Provide proof of certification from one or more of the following organizations and their regional affiliates:
Veteran-owned or Service Disabled-Veteran-owned companies must have proof of military service.

Discover utilizes an online Supplier Portal that allows suppliers interested in doing business with Discover to complete and submit a profile. Suppliers should include information about the goods or service provided, locations served, and other important information that can help Discover understand how to leverage your offerings.
By completing a profile, all vendors become part of a searchable database that can be considered for future business needs. This same database supports our supplier diversity program.
